a) Order preparation time:
All orders received until 1pm (Monday to Friday), with payment already made (either by card or PayPal) will be processed and prepared the same day at our facilities. If they arrive later than this time, they will be processed the next day.
Orders containing products from other suppliers (such as packs) and orders with packaging customization:
The processing of orders with products from other suppliers could be extended if we do not have the products in stock. We do not always have these products in stock to ensure that the recipient can receive these products in optimal condition.
In the exceptional case that a product is out of stock at the time of ordering, the customer will be sent an email informing him of an alternative product, or a new delivery time or to to be paid the amount of the product that is out of stock.
For special orders in which there is personalization of the packaging, delivery will be agreed with the customer.
During the Christmas period, delivery times may be extended a little longer due to the collapse of transport companies.
b) Delivery time:
Delivery of orders is conditioned by the time of arrival of the order and the preparation time (explained in the previous point).
We do not ship on weekends.
Once the order has been prepared, it will be delivered with the following shipping time:

(*) We recommend that you contact us in advance for orders in the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands.
(**) Only on the European continent and no shipments are made to the islands.
Orders received on Friday will be shipped the following business Monday.
The transport of the orders will be carried out by ourselves, by the company Tourline Express, or with another transport company according to the destination of the order.

- In the event that the delivery period coincides with a public holiday and delivery is not possible, this will take effect on the following working day.
- VINYA JANINE will not be responsible for errors in delivery when the delivery address entered by the customer in the order form is incorrect or incomplete.
- In the event that the order cannot be delivered to its recipient to be absent, the courier will leave a notice of passage, so the customer must contact the transport company to agree on another day and time of delivery . If the transport company is finally unable to make the delivery, the order will be returned to our warehouse and the customer must contact email@example.com to request a new shipment with the new transport costs at their expense.
- We will provide you with a tracking code for each order. For any questions you can contact us by phone or email.
c) Collection at our Agroshop:
You can also pick up the order at our Agroshop, at no extra cost.

The collection hours at the Agrobotiga are:
· Saturdays: from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
· Sundays: from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The order can be picked up the next opening day of the Agroshop. We recommend that you indicate the day you will preferably pick it up in the comments field of the order.
e) Shipments abroad:
Through the store you can place orders to any European country. We recommend that you contact us in advance. For shipments outside Europe, write us an email and we will provide you with transport costs.
